Surely! All orders shipped within Poland are sent via DPD and come with their very own tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity. Didn't get a shipping update? Don't hesitate to write me an email to email@example.com
Orders are shipped within 2-5 days from when you placed your order and usually take up to 5 days (depending on the DPD shipping times) to reach their destination.
What about International Shipping?
We ship all over the world! International orders are also shipped via Polish Postal Service within 2-5 business days. Depending on where you are in the world, it can take longer than the standard one week for domestic shipping. So, it will take around 2-3 weeks. Although we do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery.
Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location. Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Polilovi Shop is not responsible for these fees.
I can barely contain myself. How do I track my order?
Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 2 business days to update with current location. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the postal service origin scan. If your domestic shipment info hasn't been updated within 2 business days of receiving your tracking number, please feel free to hit up at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if it never comes?
As we’re still a fairly small, fledgling company, we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by the postal service. If such is the case, please email me, and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer refunds and can’t replace custom pieces.
What if something is wrong? Or I want to exchange it for something else?
Should you have any issues with your order, please email me at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds, but can accommodate most exchanges if contacted within the 5 day window. You must contact me before posting it back to us. We will not accept packages returned to us that have not been in contact with me first. Please note that we do not accept requests for returns on sale items as they are final sale.
After contacting us, you have 5 days to post the item at your own expense with tracking to us at Al. 29 Listopada 41/2 Krakow 31-425. I cannot guarantee stock availability if I do not receive return shipment confirmation within 5 days. If I receive a return item past the stated window of time, we can offer you store credit. We do not cover the cost of shipping on a return or exchange. We do not send your exchanged item, or store credit, until we receive your unworn, unwashed, damage free item.
Additionally, we do not accept returns and cannot accept responsibility for garments past the 30 day purchase mark.
